Gluten Free Spicey Chicken

I threw this recipe together and thought I'd share:

Put your chicken in the crockpot, I used a 5 lb whole chicken.

Mix this marinade :

4 cloves of garlic, minced (I use a garlic press)
1/2 c. orange juice
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. tamari sauce (or soy sauce for those not GF)
1/4 c. EVOO (extra virgin olive oil)
1 heaping TBSP Asian Chili Sauce
approx 1/2 tsp salt
approx 1/2 tsp ground black pepper

Pour over the chicken and cook.
